This condo tower on Bloor St in the Annex neighbourhood was required to keep the facade of an older building that stood on the property and was the studio of architect John Lyle. The facade forms the entrance to yet another coffee shop as you can see from the sign placed subtly in the alcove to the left. Taking part in Signs, Signs.
